IN RUSSIA

Our scope of services in the sphere of labor relationship includes:

IN UKRAINE

Labor relations in Ukraine are mainly governed by the Labour Code enacted in 1971. Other legislative acts which regulate labor relations are generally based thereon and appear to be rather outdated.
The employers are allowed to execute individual labour contracts with employees. However, the terms thereof may not worsen the conditions provided for by the Labour Code.
In order to settle labor relations in accordance with applicable legislation and to ensure the maximum protection of employer’s interests, it is highly recommended to involve the highly qualified consultants in labor law.
