INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL RECOGNITIONS

On a regular basis we participate in research conducted by the legal profession editions as Legal 500, Chambers Partners, Practical Law Company (PLC), International Financial Law Review (IFLR 1000) that aim at analyzing market of legal services, legislative novels and prerequisite for its development around the globe (particularly, in Russia and the CIS).

In 2009 Liniya Prava received a Gold Award as the best law firm from Russia at the International Legal Summit 2009 organized by Lawficom Group.

ReDeal

Liniya Prava ranks 7th in the Legal adviser on M&A nomination of ReDeal Group rating for 2007 (www.mergers.ru) due to its work on Moscow Oil and Gas Company (MOGC) and OGK-4’s projects. Thus, the company is the only Russian legal adviser among international rivals in the Top-ten of law firms delivering advice on M&A deals in Russia;
ReDeal project ranks Liniya Prava 1st in the Legal Support to the Issuer nomination. Just in first two quarters of 2007 Liniya Prava has rendered advice on IPOs of Polymetal, Sitronics, VTB (LSE); Rosinter Restaurants, RTM, Dixy;
